Written requests must include the requester's signature and a copy of a state ID or driver's license. Fees must be prepaid. Requests may be sent by email, fax, mail, or in person.

Court, Probation, and Other Offices
Fremont Combined Court: 136 Justice Center Road, Cañon City, CO 81212. Court hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except state holidays. The Clerk's Office closes for lunch from 12:00 to 12:30 p.m.
Fremont County Probation Office: 136 Justice Center Road #104, Cañon City, CO 81212. Research probation separately from parole; probation is usually tied to a court sentence or condition.
